16.12.2016 | International oenological exhibition and trade show in France

This year Lumex Instruments participated again in VINITECH, one of the biggest and most important oenological exhibitions in the world, that was held in Bordeaux from November, 29th to December, 1st. We demonstrated our Capel CE instruments on common stand together with LEC, our French dealer and partner, which specializes in wine and spirit analyses and is responsible for the promotion and selling of Lumex products in France.

Traditionally the exhibition has attracted increased attention of hundreds of companies all over the world dealing with all possible steps in wine and spirit production, from vineyard cultivation and PCR analysis of vine diseases to wine fermentation, barrels manufacturing and packaging. A wine and spirit analysis is a respectable segment on global market. Since several years Lumex has been developing various oenological analytical protocols which are realized on our capillary electrophoresis system Capel-105M. Such protocols as determination of organic acids, inorganic cations and biogenic amines in wine and spirit samples are within the most popular analytical methods developed so far by Lumex.

Lumex expert Vadim Okun and our partners were happy to see all visitors and discuss details of our instruments and application. With no doubt, participation in VINITECH exhibition 2016 was very productive and worthy.
