PRINCIPE D'OPÉRATION

L'électrophorèse capillaire haute performance est basée sur la migration différentielle des composants d'échantillons aqueux dans un capillaire étroit en silice fondue entraîné par un champ électrique. Les solutés séparés sont détectés quantitativement à la sortie du capillaire par un système optique hautement sensible basé sur l'absorbance UV directe ou indirecte.
