02.08.2017 | Capillary electrophoresis for the chemical analysis of wine demonstrated during IVAS 2017

IVAS 2017

The 10th International Symposium In Vino Analytica Scientia Symposium was held at the University of Salamanca, Spain, from 17 to 20 July 2017. Lumex Instruments together with our authorized dealer in Spain, INTEC Analisis Elemental company, was proud to take part as a sponsor of this event.

CE project manager Dr. Vadim. M. Okun presented a speech “How capillary electrophoresis can help to get insight into the wines and spirits: fast and reliable chemical analysis”. Lumex Instruments has developed several analytical protocols to provide typical analyses of wine, wine materials and spirits at all stages of manufacture. All of them can be realized on our Capel capillary electrophoresis systems. One of these protocols has formed the basis of the method certified by French Certification Committee COFRAC.

You can get more information about analytical tasks in the beverage industry by watching our webinar.

In Vino Analytica Scientia Symposium 2017
